SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through AÉVORA, are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge the shipping terms described below, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

1. Shipping Destinations

AÉVORA offers international shipping to the countries and regions available during checkout.

Shipping availability may depend on the destination, product availability, applicable import restrictions, carrier limitations, or other logistical circumstances.

If we are unable to ship an order to the destination selected during checkout, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and refund.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and transfer to the applicable shipping carrier or logistics partner.

Orders are generally not processed on weekends or applicable public holidays.

Processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of unusually high order volume, product launches, promotional campaigns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, estimated transit time is generally up to 10 business days.

Accordingly, the estimated total delivery period is generally:

1–3 business days processing + up to 10 business days transit.

Most orders should therefore arrive within approximately 4–13 business days after the order is placed.

These are estimated delivery periods and not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, carrier operations, customs procedures, local postal services, public holidays, weather conditions, high parcel volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any mandatory delivery requirements applicable under consumer law remain unaffected.

4. European Union Delivery Rights

For consumers located in the European Union, goods must be delivered within the delivery period agreed with the customer.

Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable European Union consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and no later than the statutory period provided by law.

If delivery does not occur within the agreed or legally applicable period, consumers may have the right to provide an additional reasonable period for delivery and, in certain circumstances, terminate the contract and obtain a refund.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits these statutory rights.

5. United States Orders and Shipping Commitments

For orders shipped to customers in the United States, we make reasonable efforts to ship orders within any time period represented on our website or during checkout.

If circumstances arise that prevent us from shipping within the promised shipping period, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable United States law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • notifying the customer of the delay,

  • providing a revised shipping estimate,

  • requesting the customer's consent to the delay where required, or

  • allowing cancellation and issuing an applicable refund.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights available under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

6. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Where a free shipping promotion applies, the applicable conditions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Current promotional shipping offer:

Free shipping from the second unit.

Promotional shipping offers may be modified or discontinued for future purchases.

Any shipping terms applicable to an order will be those displayed when the order is placed.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will generally receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will also be provided.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after a shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate that a package has stopped moving or has been lost.

8. Customs, Taxes, VAT, and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other governmental fees depending on the destination country and the way in which taxes and duties are collected.

Where applicable taxes, VAT, customs duties, or import charges are collected during checkout, this will normally be indicated before the purchase is completed.

Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them directly to the carrier, customs authority, or other relevant authority upon importation, where permitted by applicable law.

AÉVORA does not independently determine customs duties or import charges imposed by governmental authorities.

We therefore cannot guarantee the amount of charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

Nothing in this section overrides mandatory pricing or consumer information obligations applicable in the destination market.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at:

serviceaevora@gmail.com

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order is dispatched.

However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be modified once an order has entered fulfillment or has already been shipped.

Where a delivery failure is caused solely by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Delivery Delays

We make reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders within the estimated periods stated above.

However, delays may occasionally arise due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • customs clearance,

  • carrier disruptions,

  • local postal delays,

  • unusually high parcel volumes,

  • public holidays,

  • severe weather,

  • natural events,

  • transportation interruptions,

  • border or regulatory controls, or

  • other logistical circumstances.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact:

serviceaevora@gmail.com

We will investigate the shipment and provide available information regarding its status.

Where applicable law gives you additional rights because of a delivery delay, those rights remain unaffected.

11. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or logistics provider.

A shipment showing an active tracking status may still be undergoing normal transportation or customs processing.

However, the presence of an active tracking status does not permanently prevent a shipment from being investigated or classified as lost.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, or if applicable law otherwise requires a remedy because the goods were not delivered, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund.

12. Risk of Loss During Delivery

Where required by applicable consumer law, AÉVORA remains responsible for the goods while they are being transported by a carrier selected or contracted by us until the customer, or a person designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.

This provision is particularly relevant to consumers protected by European Union consumer law.

Different rules may apply where the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered or selected by us.

Nothing in this Policy transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by applicable law.

13. Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • incomplete,

  • defective,

  • with an incorrect product, or

  • materially different from what was ordered,

please contact us at:

serviceaevora@gmail.com

Please include your order number and, where reasonably possible, photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, refund, repair, or another appropriate solution.

14. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package without exercising an applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, the package may be returned to us or to our logistics provider.

Where permitted by law, reasonable costs directly resulting from an unjustified refusal or failure to collect may be deducted from a voluntary refund.

This provision does not restrict statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights.

15. Multiple Shipments

In some circumstances, products contained in the same order may be shipped separately.

This may occur because of product availability, warehouse location, package size, carrier requirements, or logistical efficiency.

Where an order is divided into multiple shipments, the customer may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Unless clearly disclosed otherwise, customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments.

16. Changes or Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to request an order modification or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

serviceaevora@gmail.com

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights applicable after shipment or delivery remain unaffected.

17. Relationship With Our Return & Refund Policy

Returns, refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, damaged products, defective products, and other post-delivery remedies are also governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

This Shipping Policy and the Return & Refund Policy should be interpreted together.

Where either policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law applicable to the transaction, mandatory law will prevail.
